Synopsis:
My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is a prequel series set before the main story, following college student Koichi Haimawari, who is recruited by the vigilante Knuckleduster to fight crime in the shadows. Along with street performer Pop☆Step, they form a trio of unauthorized heroes who take on villains in a world where only a select few have a hero license, but many have Quirks (superpowers). The plot explores this underground side of heroism, providing context and backstory to the main series.
